Scots DJ Ewan McVicar joins BBC Radio 1's Residency for June

Scottish DJ Ewan McVicar is the latest talent to join BBC Radio 1's Residency for the month of June. The former warehouse worker will be hosting Residency for the first four Thursdays this month from midnight to 1am.

The Ayr born disk jockey released his breakthrough single , Tell Me Something Good, last year as it peaked at number 15 in the UK charts.

It was also voted best track of 2021 in BBC Radio 1’s Dance Awards and DJ Mag’s Best of British Awards.Radio 1's Residency show is set to bring listeners the 'the biggest names in dance music from the underground to the arena' - and the 28-year-old DJ will be across the airwaves tonight.
