Nicole Scherzinger
Nicole Scherzinger (born Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente; June 29, 1978) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actress and television personality. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, she initially performed in high school at Clark AB plays and studied at Wright State University before dropping out to pursue a musical career touring alongside American rock band Days of the New and through Popstars, became part of the short-lived girl group Eden's Crush. Scherzinger rose to fame as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls and released the albums PCD (2005) and Doll Domination (2008) becoming one of the world's best-selling girl groups of all time.

Ellise Shafer The nominations have been revealed for this year’s Olivier Awards, which celebrate the best in British theater.

Among the acting nominees are Sarah Jessica Parker for “Plaza Suite,” Sarah Snook for “The Picture of Dorian Gray” and David Tennant for his turn as Macbeth.

Other nominated performers include Nicole Scherzinger, Andrew Scott, Joseph Fiennes and James Norton. “Dear England” is the most nominated play with nine nods, while “Sunset Boulevard” leads the pack for musicals with 11 nominations.

Meanwhile, “Stranger Things: The First Shadow” is up for best new entertainment or comedy play and its helmers, Stephen Daldry and Justin Martin, picked up a nom for best director.
