The foursome headed out to Spain to celebrate Sam and Ryan's birthday, with Sam having turned 32 on Friday (August 2) and Ryan who marked his 34th birthday on Sunday (August 4).
Taking to Instagram earlier this week, Sam shared a picture of himself and Zara in which they looked happy and refreshed while relaxing by the pool.
Alongside the post, the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here winner simply wrote: "Holiday," alongside a red heart emoji.
