Rylan Clark has denied he is the BBC presenter who allegedly paid a teenager £35,000 for explicit pictures. It was claimed last night an unnamed star at the Beeb has been accused of handing over cash sums in return for explicit images from the teenager when they were 17-years-old.The mum of the alleged victim said her child used the money to fund a crack cocaine addiction, before blaming the mystery presenter for 'destroying her son's life.' The BBC said the presenter in question is not scheduled to be on air in the next few days but they are believed to be looking into the claims, reports the Mirror. The BBC 2 Radio broadcaster took to Twitter earlier today to clear his name after allegations against him were made online. After seeing rumours linking his name to the story, Rylan said: "Not sure why my names floating about but re that story in The Sun - that ain’t me babe.

I’m currently filming a show in Italy for the BBC, so take my name out ya mouths," he warned.Last night, the child's mother, who has made the allegations, told The Sun she 'feels sick' when she sees the presenter and 'blames him for destroying her son's life'.It's believed the family of the concerned recipient approached the BBC on May 19 and pleaded with the corporation to get the presenter to "stop sending cash". "One time he had sent £5,000 in one lump.

The money had been in exchange for sexually explicit photographs of my child," she told The Sun.The teen who is remaining anonymous allegedly went from a "happy-go-lucky" teen to a "ghost-like" addict in just a number of years.Addressing the original story, a BBC spokesperson told the Mirror: "We treat any allegations very seriously and we have processes in place to proactively deal with them.
