Reports of a Rutherglen underpass being flooded and causing problems for the “elderly” and those with “mobility issues” has been sent to the council as Storm Gerrit hits Scotland.The underpass on Mill St in the South Lanarkshire town is reported to be flooded after Storm Gerrit blasted the nation with heavy rainfall and snow.The storm hit overnight and blasted areas across Scotland with 80mph winds, which resulted in delays and postponements to train services, flights and football matches.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
