A Balloch nightclub boss has responded to angry backlash after they promised to open for “one last shindig” on Friday night.Desire asked revellers on Facebook at around 6pm to “make a night to remember” - despite earlier government advice to clubs, pubs and restaurants to close as soon as possible.Fuming residents responded calling the post, which was deleted later that evening, “disgusting” and “irresponsible”.But a spokesman for the club confirmed that the premises didn’t open and said the post was a result of confusion among staff over the government guidelines.It comes as Dumbarton MSP Jackie Baillie hit out at a minority of premises which did open over the weekend and said a complete lockdown is needed.The Desire promo was uploaded at
