'Reacher' Spinoff Series In Development, Key Character Revealed
justjared.comA new Reacher series is currently in the works! It has just been reported on Wednesday (September 4) that a spinoff is being fast-tracked at Prime Video and is headed for the greenlight, Deadline reveals.
The new show will center on a recurring fan-favorite character from the flagship series. Keep reading to find out more… Maria Sten‘s Francis Neagley, “a corporate security professional and former military colleague of Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit,” is said to be the focus, with the show aptly being titled, Neagley.
Reacher showrunner and creator Nick Santora is reteaming with Nicholas Wootton, who will help develop, produce and co-showrun the spinoff.
The two previously worked together on Prison Break. Despite the new spinoff, Maria‘s Neagley will still be returning in the upcoming third season of Reacher.
