A company director has submitted a fresh application to Perth and Kinross Council asking for permission to demolish a former bowling club in Scone in order to build new homes on the site.The local authority denied Joe Bryce of Glasgow-based Tradecast Building Services consent to knock down the old Scone Bowling Club building on Balformo Road last year over concerns he was attempting to cram too many houses on its grounds.Mr Bryce originally asked for permission to build four four-bedroom homes but planning officers refused after concluding the proposal constituted an overdevelopment of the site.The application drew 11 objections during a public consultation, including one from a representative of local girlguiding groups who questioned why
