Police appeal to public to help track down missing Scot amid 'extreme concerns'

Scots cops have appealed to the public to help track down a missing man in East Lothian. David Brown vanished from Ormiston in the early hours of this morning, leaving his family extremely worried for his welfare.

He was last seen by a family member at around 2am in the village's Hawthorn Place. Now Police Scotland has launched an appeal in a bid to track him down.

The force describes the 54-year-old as 5ft 10ins tall, with short shaved grey hair, and of slim build.He also has tattoos on his knuckles.
