Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The property in Dullatur, Lanarkshire, hosted up to 12 guests and was advertised as a 'stunning villa' at a prestigious address.
But angry neighbours had complained about guests and claimed noise and parties were making their lives a misery and even impacting mental health.Council bosses investigated and issued an order halting the Kennedys from letting the house under planning rules.The couple turned to the government in a last bid to continue the business but have now been told that has failed.More than 20 letters of complaint from irate.
