Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) is an English singer and songwriter.
He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction

Home to a range of signature focaccia sandwiches and subs, Micky’s - originally named Mira - gained a fast reputation at its base within the PLY pizzeria on Lever Street in the Northern Quarter.
But when the restaurant announced its closure after almost ten years, many feared it would also potentially mark the end of Micky’s too.
Thankfully, bosses are now ready to open its new site - featuring space to eat-in as well as take-out. Open from today (July 24), Micky’s will be open from Tuesday to Sunday each week between 11.30am and 3.30pm. Alongside its selection of sandwiches, which will also include vegan and plant-based options, the sandwich spot will also serve up a selection of flavoursome dips - including a garlic and black pepper mayonnaise, and a Russian sauce.
