Lanarkshire singer Michelle McManus helped a note-perfect community interest company supporting vulnerable people across North Lanarkshire celebrate receiving £35,000 of funding.Cloudberry Communities scooped the financial boost from SP Energy Networks’ Transmission Net Zero Fund to create a new community-run car club.The grant has funded the purchase of an electric vehicle which volunteer drivers will use to transport members of the community to GP and health centre clinics.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
