It’s been reported that Meghan Markle’s upcoming 42nd birthday will be a low key affair. The Duchess of Sussex turns 42 next week and, according to one PR expert, she’ll be having a “toned down” soiree after drama of late.

PR to the stars Mayah Riaz reckons it’ll be a “private affair” at home in Montecito where she’ll spend time with husband Prince Harry and children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

It comes after a tough period for the former working royals. They were recently accused of “snubbing” a neighbour and causing “panic” among the residents of Santa Barbara as they’re reported to be house hunting down the road in Malibu. There have also been various rumours of the pair’s relationship reportedly being on the rocks and allegations they’ve been “spending time apart”, however these have been vehemently denied by their team.Mayah suggested to the Mirror that Meghan will be "treated" by Harry on her special day following the controversy."Next week will be Meghan's 42nd birthday, although it's not a big birthday, I imagine she is looking forward to celebrations and being treated by Prince Harry.

They will possibly be quite toned down this year and likely to be a private affair. "It's quite possible that Meghan will spend the day of her actual birthday at home in Montecito, surrounded by her two children, Price Harry, possibly her mother Doria and their rescue dogs ."Meghan may also choose to celebrate her special day with a small, intimate gathering.
