Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Meghan Markle confirms whether she'll attend Invictus Games next month

Meghan Markle has now confirmed that she will be attending the highly anticipated Invictus Games next month, along with her husband Prince Harry.

A statement was released from the couple's organisation, Archewell, which stated Harry will start the games alone in Germany, and Meghan will join her husband for the second half of the games.

Prince Harry, 38, will attend the Opening Ceremony on September 9 and Meghan, 42, will join him for the Closing Ceremony on the 19th.The Invictus Games, which are for international wounded, injured, and sick veteran servicemen and women, was set up by Harry in 2014 and Meghan has shown huge support for the games over the years.

The couple went public with their relationship when they made their first public appearance together at the 2017 games in Toronto, Canada.The games, which will be set in Dusseldorf this year for the first time, will represent 10 sports and 21 nations.The games come after the release of Prince Harry’s documentary series, Heart of Invictus, which focuses on the competitors at the 2022 games.The documentary will be released on Netflix on August 30 and is produced by Harry and Meghan's company, Archewell Productions.
