Celtic legend Martin O'Neill has revealed his family were ordered out of their hotel before an Old Firm derby in 2000 - because they'd accidentally booked a stay in Rangers' usual base.
O'Neill's first season as Celtic manager will forever be fondly remembered in Parkhead folklore as they romped to a domestic treble ahead of their city rivals.
The tone was set for the season with a romping 6-2 win, dubbed the 'Demolition Derby,' with Chris Sutton bagging a hat-trick and Henrik Larsson scoring his famous chip over Stefan Klos.
Writing in his new book On Days Like These , the legendary manager tells the story of how his wife and daughter had booked a stay in the Crutherland Hotel in East Kilbride - only to find out the Rangers team were also staying there.
