Ruben Amorim will - formally - start work at Manchester United on Monday, November 11 after his much-talked-about appointment was confirmed on Friday.
The Portuguese will remain at Sporting CP for their next three games (two Liga Portugal and one Champions League) before moving to England.
His first game will be after this month's international break against Ipswich Town on Sunday, November 24. His first task will be to implement his tactical ideology on his new squad and steady a ship which could find itself within the Premier League bottom half when he starts.
However, long-term, Amorim has an extensive list of jobs.
