Man charged after ‘acting suspiciously’ while driving around Scots town

A probe has started as police try to establish the full circumstances of the incident. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm that a 64-year-old man has been arrested and charged after concerns were raised about suspicious behaviour in the Westview Crescent area of Tullibody."The incident took place around 1.15pm on Saturday, 3 April."The man is due to appear at Alloa Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 6 April."Further enquiries into the matter are ongoing and officers would like to thank the local community for their assistance."
