CORRONATION Street and Emmerdale have today confirmed how they will catch up, after the soaps were cancelled on Friday evening.

The broadcaster decided not to air Coronation Street and Emmerdale, and instead air special programming regarding the royal as a mark of respect.

ITV suspended all other viewing, apart from news programmes, to broadcast continuous coverage celebrating Prince Philip’s life.
