Ryan was previously married to Sionainn Carmichael, 29, on the show before they dramatically quit. Hannah initially tied the knot with Stephen Nolson, 33, but their relationship quickly crumbled after trust issues and heated arguments during their honeymoon.
It was revealed by MailOnline that Hannah had cheated on Stephen by secretly kissing Orson Nurse, 41, which led to the collapse of their respective marriages.
Earlier in the series, Hannah was accused of flirting with Ryan, but she insisted she was just making friendly conversation with the ex-semi professional footballer.
