The star, whose brother is One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, shared an adorable reel on her social media, announcing "just call me wifey, I love you so much fiancé".
As well as showing off her huge ring, it featured a very happy-looking Lewis and the couple's young son Lucky. In the reel posted to her Instagram account, Tanologist founder Lottie, 25, was seen following a candle-lit rose petal trail through her hotel room, which was filled with pink, red and white balloons.
Lewis and their young son Lucky, who was born in August 2022, were waiting for her at the end of the trail - with Lewis down on one knee.There was also a large gold helium balloon that read "Marry Me" on the wall.
