Loose Women star Charlene White revealed she gave herself an ankle injury during an episode of the hit daytime show, and shared with her Instagram followers just how it happened.The 43-year-old revealed yesterday that she “twisted” her ankle while wearing high heels and trying to talk to Emmerdale star Amy Walsh.
