He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction

Offering an update on his condition on TikTok, American influencer Kate Cassidy said, " "He is doing so much better. He is out of the hospital and he is in good hands." A source also told The Sun that Liam was "back home in England" after receiving round-the-clock medical care in Italy.
The source told the newspaper that doting Kate stayed out in Lake Como while Liam was getting his medical care, meaning the pair could fly back to the UK together. "Initially it would have been this month he made his musical comeback but right now all focus is on his health," they said. "That is the priority." OK!
