Jimmy Fallon
James Thomas Fallon (born September 19, 1974) is an American comedian, actor, television host, writer, and producer. He is known for his work in television as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and as the host of late-night talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and before that Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. He grew up with an interest in comedy and music, moving to Los Angeles at 21 to pursue opportunities in stand-up comedy. He was commissioned to join NBC's Saturday Night Live as a cast member in 1998, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Fallon remained on SNL for six years between 1998 and 2004, co-hosting the program's Weekend Update segment and becoming a celebrity in the process. He left the program for the film industry, starring in films such as Taxi (2004) and Fever Pitch (2005).

James Christian Kimmel (born November 13, 1967) is an American television host, comedian, writer, and producer. He is the host and executive producer of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, a late-night talk show that premiered on ABC on January 26, 2003 at Hollywood Masonic Temple in Hollywood, California; and on April 1, 2019, at a secondary home, the Zappos Theater on the Las Vegas Strip. Kimmel hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards in 2012 and 2016, and the Academy Awards in 2017 and 2018.

Late Night TV Hosts Announce Return Dates After WGA Strike Ends

Late night TV is coming back! Following the news that the WGA strike was officially over, a large group of late-night TV hosts – Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers and John Oliver – announced return dates for their respective shows. Keep reading to find out more… CBS’ The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers will all return with new episodes on Monday, October 2, while HBO’s Last Week Tonight With John Oliver will kick off its new season this Sunday, October 1. The group of entertainers, dubbed “Strike Force Five,” also issued a statement confirming the news on social media. “We want to thank the entire Strike Force 5 team, our wives, our special guests, and apologize to Conan O’Brien, who agreed to do the pod, but Stephen forgot to send him any possible dates, and then the strike ended,” they amusingly announced.
