Lanarkshire communities asked to support dementia fundraiser

Lanarkshire residents are being asked to stage “musical tea” fundraising events over the next month in support of dementia charity Playlist for Life.Supporters are asked to stage the themed social events on or before national playlist day on September 20, which recognises the importance and impact of meaningful music for people living with dementia.Community groups and organisations across the area are also being asked to join the charity’s network of help points, which provide free information, resources and support.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
