‘La Casa De Los Famosos’ & ‘El Señor De Los Cielos’ Fuel Telemundo’s Primetime Ratings Success

EXCLUSIVE: It’s been a strong few weeks for Telemundo. The Spanish-language network has been dominating primetime, placing No.

1 both in total viewers and in the 18-49 demographic, beating out rival Univision for the ratings crown. That’s thanks largely in part by two high-performing series, reality show La Casa de Los Famosos and scripted drama El Señor de Los Cielos.

La Casa de Los Famosos is actually drawing its best audience ever, averaging 1.3M live+same-day viewers across Season 4, according to Nielsen.

That marks a 7% increase over Season 3 — the largest season-over-season audience growth the series has ever seen. So far, the series has seen an increase in total viewers each season, growing 5% from Season 1 to 2 and 1% from Season 2 to 3.
