Kidnap investigation launched as man attacked and bundled into BMW by 'group of six'
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA man was attacked by a 'group of six' before being bundled into a BMW in the dead of night. Detectives are investigating a possible abduction which took place on a Tameside street in the early hours of this morning (January 24).
Officers were called out to Chester Avenue, in Dukinfield, at around 2am. Greater Manchester Police received reports of a group of six males assaulting another male, before forcing him into a silver BMW 4x4.
The car then made off in the direction of Yew Tree Lane. GMP has since arrested five men - aged 23, 28, 32, 32 and 35 - on suspicion of kidnap. Try MEN Premium now for FREE...
