Keke Palmer Claps Back at Comparison to Zendaya Over Colorism

Keke Palmer is firing back. After the release of her new movie Nope, a tweet started circulating claiming that there is a big difference in popularity between the 28-year-old actress and Zendaya, saying that it is “one of the clearest examples of how colorism plays out in Hollywood.” The Twitter thread also pointed out that Keke and Zendaya, 25, are both former child stars, but that some people are considering Nope to be Keke‘s breakout role.
