reports TMZ. According to the outlet, Hardwick was pronounced dead at the scene though police have yet to issue an official cause of death.However, police did report that they do not suspect any foul play.
The Post reached out to Hardwick’s reps for comment. Hardwick began his rise to stardom in 1990 as a stand-up comic in Texas before eventually landing himself a gig on “The John Stewart Show.” The Lone Star state native later immortalized himself in television history after accepting the role of conspiracy theory-obsessed Dale Gribble in the 1997 FOX comedy “King of the Hill.” Hardwick lent his voice to a whopping 258 episodes before the series ended in 2010.
In 1999, Hardwick received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program. He was also nominated two more times in the same category in 2001 and 2002.
