Jennifer Lopez Wants To ‘Protect’ Twins From ‘Lens’ Of Having Famous Parents: ‘They Didn’t Choose That’

Coming off the release of her latest action blockbuster, The Mother, where she plays an assassin who comes out of hiding to protect her daughter, J.Lo is reflecting on the many things she wants to protect her real life kids from. Related: Jen Says Her Teens ‘Love’ Ben Affleck — But Are ‘Challenging Everything’ In an interview posted last Thursday, the two-time Golden Globe nominee sat down with Audacy, where she confessed to some “guilt” she feels as a famous mother: The Hustlers star famously welcomed her twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony back in 2008.
And the famously is the problem, she’s finding. She continued: The Get on the Floor singer added she also wants to protect them from being “bullied.” She explained: That’s quite the burden to carry as a famous parent just trying to do right by their kids — who really didn’t ask to be in the spotlight, like she said!
