Sam opened up to his campmates and said he was diagnosed with the condition last year. He spoke about how he feels like it makes him 'selfish' in his relationship and how he wants to be a dad one day.
Sam said: "There’s loads of people who are actually of a certain age who get diagnosed way later. When the low bits happen it goes low.
But then the highs are really high." Talking about his relationship with Zara, he said: "My girlfriend Zara is so steady and it’s so good for me.
