Arthur (played by Alfie Clarke) has been journeying around Australia, missing his mother Laurel's (Charlotte Bellamy) dramatic split from Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson).
Jai and Laurel are heading for divorce just months after their wedding, following Laurel's shock at her husband's actions. Jai's deceit has included forcing biological father Amit (Anil Goutam) to leave the village and excluding his other son, Suni Sharma (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana), from any ownership of the HOP, transferring all shares solely to him.
Arthur was last seen in March when his friend Heath Hope (Sebastian Dowling) tragically died in a car crash. Now, he's back home and immediately found himself in an awkward situation when he interrupted new couple Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) and Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) at Mulberry Cottage.
However, more drama unfolded as Arthur learned about his family's recent events, leading him to confront former stepdad Jai about the stress the divorce proceedings are causing his mother, Laurel, reports the Express.
