After Liam Connor became Mason Radcliffe’s latest bullying victim earlier on in the week, things between the two got more dramatic when Mason continued to target Liam during his time at school.
As the two came face-to-face, Mason told Liam that his mum Maria Connor would suffer if he told his stepdad Gary Windass about the incident.
And, later on in the show, Mason showered him with rubbish and called him a rat before threatening him with a knife. In response to the scenes, some viewers took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to express their concern about the storyline. “Please, @itvcorrie make this bullying storyline quick, it is a horrific watch. #corrie #coronationstreet,” wrote one user. “The scriptwriters need to kill off Mason's character.
