Liam Payne has been raced to hospital during his romantic trip to Lake Como with girlfriend Kate Cassidy. His health issues follow the musician postponing his South American tour last month when the 30-year-old announced that his highly anticipated gigs would be rescheduled after being advised by doctors to take sick leave.
