Inclusion Exec Janine Jones-Clark Upped at NBCUniversal

NBCUniversal has upped longtime diversity and inclusion executiveJanine Jones-Clark to evp of inclusion, across talent content, film, television and streaming.

Jones-Clark previously served as the head of inclusion at the studio's filmed entertainment group, where she launched in 2017 the studio's Global Talent Development and Inclusion department.

Under the department, the studio runs its writers program, directors initiative, animation writers program and composers initiative to help trainup-and-coming creatives and place them on projects, both inside and outside the studio and its labels.

She also helped to expand the film group's partnerships with programs likeAFI Directing Workshop for Women andGhetto Film School, among others.
