This year's Great Manchester Run is just around the corner, but there's still plenty of time to apply if you haven't already.
Taking to the city streets this weekend, there are two main events; the 10k, open to those aged 15 and over, and the half marathon, open to those aged 17 and over.
Younger aspiring athletes will be able to take part in the mini and junior races on Saturday, 21 May. The routes, which takes runners by some of Manchester's most famous landmarks, will be punctuated with live music and the cheers of thousands of supporters.
The event, which take place on Sunday 22 May, will also be televised live on the BBC - so it really isn't to be missed.
