Posing in a striped jumper and khaki trousers the 38 year old star penned: "Garden days are good days. Grateful for patio chalks - the only thing the boys will spend more than five mins doing." Helen looked relaxed in the image, donning sunglasses and her hair down and held onto her newborn, who she welcomed in December.

Helen, who shares Ernie, Louis and Elsie with husband Richie Myler, has a beautiful garden with an archway and lots of space for the kids to run around.
