The former Coronation Street star is a doting mum to her three children - Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old Charlie.
Bury-born Helen, who is famed for playing Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, shares her three children with her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.
Helen and footballer Scott, 34, split last July before she confirmed the end of their engagement and relationship back in April.
But the former couple continue to co-parent their three children. Taking to Instagram, Helen, 32, shared a video to her Instagram Story of her holding onto Delilah in the kitchen of their Lancahsre home. "Do you look like mamma?" Helen was heard asking the five-year-old who initially shyly said "Yeah" to which her mum, dressed in a pink tracksuit top, replied: "Yeah, you look like mamma." "You've got beautiful tanned skin," she added.
