Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan jokingly branded herself an “idiot” as she took her daughters shopping after being mum shamed over their school shoes.The actress, 33, had spent the day shopping at the Trafford Centre in Manchester, and let her kids roam around on their scooters.

Helen shared a short video to her Instagram Story of daughter Delilah on her scooter smiling for the camera as they walked around the shopping centre.

Helen was seen looking stunning in a white top with her hair styled in a sweet bun. She captioned the video: “What idiot let’s their kids out on skooters at the @thetraffordcentre”.

In her next snap she shared a short clip of her daughter Matilda facing her fears and touching a starfish at the aquatics section.
