Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left emotional after judge Anton Du Beke mentioned the Len Goodman. Anton referenced Len following a performance from tennis star Annabel Croft and her partner Johannes Radebe.
The pair performed an energetic Tango during the BBC show's Halloween special tonight (October 28). Anton and Len were well known to be good friends right up until his death in April of this year following a battle with prostate cancer.
He hosted the first ever episode of Strictly in 2004 and sat on the panel for over a decade, where he became well-known for his signature 'seven' scores. You took hold at the beginning, and you started to do a Tango and you came out of hold when the music stopped playing, absolutely brilliant.” Many viewers greatly appreciated the nod to Len, with one viewer writing on X, formerly Twitter: "Thank you Anton for bringing up Len, all Strictly fans miss Len.
