Fly-tipped rubbish is fly-tipped AGAIN... before the council even had time to move it in the first place

Council workers in the middle of a fly-tipping clean-up operation found some of the dumped rubbish they were about to take away had been flung in a river.

When residents complained about fly-tipped waste on New Coin Street in Royton last Monday (September 27), Oldham council sent a team out to remove it.

Speaking to the Manchester Evening News , resident Alan Burgoyne said the area has become a fly-tipping hotspot.
