FORMER Dancing On Ice contestant Jake Quickenden has made a shock stand against the scoring system of the show after branding it "unfair".

Jake, 34, who became a household name following his stint on X Factor in 2012, appeared on the show in 2018 alongside his professional skating partner, Vanessa Bauer.

And it seems he had a few choice words for this year's Dancing On Ice judging panel, which includes Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.

In his OK! magazine column, the father of one wrote: "I feel like the scoring has gone a bit all over the place. They usually start low.
