Emmerdale death 'sealed' as fans work out Lydia Dingle tragedy

Emmerdale fans fear that death could be on the horizon for Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) who was raped by her childhood sweetheart Craig (Ben Addis) after he arrived in the village.The pair had a son who died as an infant when they were teens and Lydia took him to the site where she scattered his ashes, becoming emotional.

When they later went back to his office, Craig sexually assaulted Lydia and she has only just opened up about the ordeal. Following her terrifying ordeal, she was accused by Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) of cheating on her husband Sam (James Hooton), but before she could explain what had happened to her, Lydia stormed out after she screamed at Mandy, saying: "I would never, ever cheat on Sam or do anything to hurt him.
