An unlicensed ice-cream man has been caught and convicted for a second time. Mohammed Zubair Khan, of Bradford Park Drive, Bolton, was convicted in his absence of trading without a street traders consent licence at Bolton magistrates court.
In June of this year licencing officers from Bolton Council visited the Harwood area in response to a complaint from a member of the public regarding an unlicensed trader.
Khan, who was trading from van with the name Paradise Ices, was asked to show his street trading licence to which he said he did not have one.
Khan was advised to go home and not trade until he had the correct licence to do so.
