Coatbridge music club 50rpm has been nominated by the public for Live Music Venue of the Year at the Scottish Live Music Awards.The group, which runs shows in the town's Georgian Hotel, is in esteemed company as it's on a long list for public votes alongside the likes of The Barras, St Luke’s and King Tuts.50rpm was set up in 2019 as a not-for-profit community music group to bring live music and comedy to the area, and operates as a co-operative run by its members.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
