McCann pointed to the healthy club bank balance, record profits and a fondness for shouting about how well run they are, but that hasn't been backed up this term in the transfer market or on the pitch."I think that Celtic had the chance to put the foot down," he said on Sportscene. "I mean, they're a very rich club with money in the bank and they're saying how well they are and the profits they make.
I think the fans were looking for expenditure."Fellow pundit James McFadden was asked whether the board, the manager or the players were to blame for the recent drop: "For sure, the manager and players have to take responsibility.
