Bruce Willis has lost 'language skills' as he lives with dementia, according to a friend. The 68-year-old Hollywood star is facing a cruel dementia decline since he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (better known as FTD) earlier this year.
Last year, the Die Hard actor's family revealed that he was suffering from a language disorder called aphasia. Now film creator who worked with Bruce in the '80s has revealed a little more about his current situation.
Glenn Gordon Caron, who created Moonlighting, the sitcom that helped Bruce become world famous, said the iconic star is "not totally verbal" any longer, reports MirrorOnline. He’s not totally verbal; he used to be a voracious reader - he didn’t want anyone to know that - and he’s not reading now." Glenn then went on to add: "All those language skills are no longer available to him, and yet he’s still Bruce.
