But to add further salt to the wounds, the club have been left 'unimpressed' with Williams after his outburst on social media.Williams posted on Instagram: "Nobody wants a sloppy seconds", followed by three devil emojis as per their nickname.
He further fired a dig at United legend Rio Ferdinand for working at the final on BT Sport's coverage, posting: "@rioferdy5 Bet you don't congratulate if you was [sic] player keep the same morals.
