A Blantyre band turned their cancelled ‘Sunday Sesh 3’ gig into an online fundraising drive by streaming live from their homes.Tyre Walk n Rollers were booked to play at The Hoolet’s in Blantyre, but instead hosted the virtual show from the band’s Facebook page and raised an amazing £1200 for Terminal One – a youth centre project in the area.The charity sets up lots of different activities for young people in the area providing a range of opportunities.And the five-piece act – made up of pals John Tierney, Alan McDonald, Kenny McInally, Joe Gallacher, of Toy Tin Soldier and actor Scott Fletcher of River City fame – have proved a roaring success in the past, making this the third time they’ve raised money for Terminal One.Alan, who plays.
