Binman goes on a swear-fuelled rant and 'calls family scummy after looking at their recycling'

manchestereveningnews.co.ukA woman claims she heard a council binman go on a swearing spree after finding vegetable peels in her recycling bin. Charlotte Wallace alleges he heard the Stoke-on-Trent City Council worker shout "scummy f****** p****" at her house after inspecting the inside of her blue bin.
The incident was caught on Charlotte's CCTV camera - she sent the footage to the council along with a formal complaint against the binman, Stoke-on-Trent Live reported. Read more: In response, the council apologised at told her that it's looking into the incident.
But it says it won't inform her of the outcome of the investigation. She said: "Normally I wouldn't be at home at that time because I'd be at work.
