Ben Doak made his Premier League for Liverpool as a late substitute during their 3-1 win over Aston Villa. The teenage Scottish star has been catching the eye at Anfield since joining from Celtic last March.
The Hoops netted a £600,000 training fee for the youngster, who has been tipped for the very top after some stunning displays for the Merseyside club’s youth teams, especially in the UEFA Youth League.
Doak made his senior debut just days after signing his first professional contract in November, having turned out for the Hoops senior squad last January.
He came off the bench in a Carabao Cup win at home over Derby County, becoming the sixth youngest player to play a first team game for Liverpool.
